Softball Australia strengthen partnership with SportsLink Travel

Softball Australia is pleased to announce an extension of their partnership with SportsLink Travel Australia for a further three years until 2022.

SportsLink Travel Australia is a leading provider of tours to major international sporting events, including the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, World Championships and selected other events around the world each year.

“SportsLink Travel truly understand what national sporting organisations requires offering dedicated customer service coupled with very competitive commercials and sponsorship partnerships,” said Frank Scerri, Chief Executive Officer of SportsLink Travel.

“We offer Management of all team travel in conjunction with family, friends and supporter travel for our stakeholders and sporting communities.

“Our overall ethos is to help grow the sport and make it accessible to all and we look forward to providing that service to Softball Australia.”

Following a successful U14/U17 Boys and Girls Aussie Diamonds Development Tour to New Zealand facilitated by SportsLink Travel earlier this year, Softball Australia is excited to be partnering with such a comprehensive provider of travel management solutions.

“SportsLink provided a fantastic service for our recent Aussie Diamonds Development Tour to New Zealand, managing the teams travel requirements from flying out of Australia right up until they returned a week later,” said David Pryles, Chief Executive Officer at Softball Australia.

“We also look forward to SportsLink providing the same excellent service to families and friends following our Australian softballers at tournaments across the world.”

SportsLink are well underway with preparations for the U17 Girls Aussie Diamonds USA Tour from 29 June – 10 July, and are currently accepting expressions of interest for the Travelodge Aussie Spirit Olympic Qualifier in Shanghai, China from 24 – 29 September.

Venues and game schedule are yet to be confirmed by the WBSC.
