Wellbeing & Engagement Manager
Wellbeing & Engagement Manager to help our elite athletes and coaches thrive - not just in sport, but in life. You’ll bring empathy, smarts, and strategy to our High-Performance program, ensuring our athletes are supported, balanced and ready to perform at their best.
You’ll work closely with our HP staff, athletes and coaches - plus external partners like AIS, ASC, and US College programs - to make sure wellbeing isn’t just a buzzword, but a lived reality.

Performance Psychologist
You’ll play a key role in preparing athletes to thrive in training and major international campaigns, working closely with the National Head Coach, General Manager Game Development, assistant coaches and the wider Performance Support Team.
You’ll also collaborate with the National Institute Network (NIN) to ensure consistent, integrated delivery of psychological services across the athlete pathway from development to elite level.

Lead Physiotherapist
As Lead Physiotherapist, you'll manage and deliver world-class physiotherapy services across our High-Performance programs. This role focuses on injury prevention, management and performance optimisation for national squad members and athlete scholars.
You’ll lead the coordination of physiotherapy services, provide hands-on support at camps and competitions, and work closely with athletes, coaches and performance staff to maximise athlete health, availability and performance outcomes.

Sport Doctor
Softball Australia is seeking a Sport Doctor to provide medical leadership, care and guidance across our High-Performance programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our athletes while supporting coaches and staff in achieving world-class performance outcomes.
You’ll deliver targeted medical consultation and education, develop return-to-play protocols, and collaborate with our performance support team to optimise athlete care. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic insight to help our athletes stay healthy, resilient and competition-ready.
