Softball Australia will be hosting a final FAQ session for users about setting up your Association or Club in the new revolutioniseSPORT portal this evening at 7:00pm AEST.

The Thursday night sessions have been providing live access to an instructor that can help administrators get their portals set up in preparation for registrations on the new system.

Many clubs are just getting their portals set up and so Associations need to set up their portals now, so once clubs are organized, they can access the relevant member classes which need to be set in the system first.

Bring your questions to the online workshop and answer them on the spot. Sharing any questions, you might have, is a great way to help educate those on the call who might be experiencing the same thing.

If you are an administrator at an Association, make sure you attend tonight’s session.

Tonight’s session will again be dedicated to helping those just getting familiar with their portals to start setting up member classes, setting fees and configuring their systems for online payments.

The session will troubleshoot any problem areas and provide advice on how to work through them live on the call.

With learning any new system there is a period of uncertainty at the beginning and so tonight’s session will give you the opportunity to ask questions and solve any issues you have in configuring your account, setting up member classes and preparing for online registrations.

Many Club and Association portals are now live so it is time to start preparing them for Online Registrations.

If you have submitted your organizations information so that your portal can be set up, you will receive an automated email with your username and a link to set your password if you are the nominated administrator. Please remember your login information contained in the email.

Setting your password:

When you create a password, you will be prompted to log into your account for the first time. We strongly recommend bookmarking this login page, so you can easily find it in future.

Once you have created your password, you’ll be able to log into your portal with those details and start configuring your account.
To assist with this, we’ve provided some pre-recorded training material that will guide you through the initial set up of your portals. These webinars (and a brief description of what they include) are linked below:

3. revSPORT Quick Start Guide – is a written guide containing the initial steps you should follow to get your account up and running.

Remember, there’s an abundance of resources available in the Help section of your accounts that will provide considerable assistance upon you being given access.

If the FAQ articles and help videos don’t resolve your queries, revolutioniseSPORT’s support team are just a couple of clicks away and you can get in touch with them by going to Help > ask for help within your account.

We do ask that you contact revolutioniseSPORT via the ticketing system as opposed to email, as response time for emails is generally slower and tickets are linked to your account. This means that they can be more easily accessed in the future than scrolling through emails and provide a full audit trail of communications between yourself and revolutioniseSPORT.
