The Championship aims to provide athletes, coaches, umpires and statisticians with training opportunities to further develop their skills.

Point of Interest

The Championship was first held in in 2011 at Rockhampton on Queensland’s Capricorn Coast.

In 2016 the Regional Championships saw 15 teams compete, with ten female teams making the trip to Redlands in Queensland and the five male teams taking to Blacktown International Sportspark, NSW. The increased competition allows this event to be a platform of development for future stars.
