Softball Australia proudly announced today a five-year partnership signing with Easton Australia (Easton) at the USA Down Under International Softball Series in Redlands, Queensland.

The announcement was made during the landmark international event, held from 31 December 2025 to 3 January 2026, marking Team USA’s first visit to Australia since the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

Easton prides itself on being the home of Australian diamond sports equipment and is used by softball communities in every state and territory across the country. Their partnership with Softball Australia has been instrumental in supporting the sport at all levels, from grassroots participation and high-performance pathways to international competitions including World Cups and the Olympics.

As part of the renewed agreement, Easton will be recognised as Softball Australia’s Official High Performance Equipment Supplier and Official Ball Partner for all Softball Australia sanctioned events.

In addition, Easton has committed equipment to support grassroots development initiatives, including the provision of training and education kits, reinforcing its commitment to growing the game at community level.

Softball Australia is excited with Easton’s support of the Softball Australia Stacey Porter – National Indigenous Talent Academy, currently in development, further strengthening pathways for Indigenous athletes.

Softball Australia Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Loh said the renewal reflects the strength of a long-standing, values-driven partnership.

“Today’s announcement is a celebration of a partnership that has delivered meaningful impact for softball across Australia. Easton has consistently supported our athletes, our pathways and our communities, from grassroots through to the highest level on the world stage. We are proud to continue this partnership for the next five years.”

Jason Gleeson, representing Addlon Trading (Easton’s parent company), said the renewal reflects the organisation’s pride in supporting the sport and its continued growth nationwide.

We’re incredibly proud to support softball in Australia and to play a role in growing the game at every level. From young players just starting out to elite athletes competing on the world stage, this partnership allows us to continue backing the softball community and investing in the future of the sport across the country.”

The renewed partnership reinforces the shared commitment of Softball Australia and Easton, to growing participation, developing elite pathways, and supporting the next generation of athletes as they strive for success on the world stage to win World Cups and Olympic medals.
