Members Go First: Secure Your World Cup Tickets Before Public Sale

The world's best softball players are heading to Redcliffe, City of Moreton Bay, for the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027, and Softball Australia members will be first in line to secure their seats.  

As part of Softball Australia's commitment to our softball community, registered members from 2025/26 and 2026/27 will receive exclusive access to a Member Pre-Sale before tickets become available to the general public, along with a 10% discount on eligible ticket purchases. 

The Member Pre-Sale opens at 1:00pm AEST on Thursday 17 September and will run for 48 hours, giving eligible members the first opportunity to purchase tickets to one of the biggest events in international softball.  

Eligible Softball Australia members will receive: 

  • Exclusive access to the Member Pre-Sale 

  • First opportunity to purchase tickets before public sale 

  • 10% discount on day pass and session tickets 

  • Priority access to a dedicated allocation of tickets before general public release 

Please note: the member discount does not apply to tournament passes or hospitality packages.  

With just eight nations competing for one world title, the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027 will bring the sport's premier international event to Australia. Fans will have the chance to witness world-class competition, elite athletes and unforgettable moments from the very first pitch.  

Demand is expected to be high, with ticket availability varying across sessions and categories throughout the sales period. Members are encouraged to be ready when the pre-sale opens to access the widest range of ticket options available.

When does the Member Pre-Sale open? 
Thursday 17 September at 1pm AEST. 

How long will it run? 
The Member Pre-Sale window is open for 48 hours only. It closes on Saturday 19 September at 1pm AEST. 

Do I need to be a current member? 
Members registered for the 2025/26 or 2026/27 season can access the pre-sale and receive the 10% discount (excluding tournament pass and hospitality package). 

How will I access tickets? 
You'll receive an email to your Softball Australia registered email address with an access code and ticket link before the pre-sale opens. 

What if I haven't received any World Cup ticketing communications? 
If you haven't received any World Cup ticketing communications, please first check your junk or spam folder and ensure the email address linked to your Softball Australia membership is current.

Eligible members will receive ticketing communications, including pre-sale access information, via their registered email address. If you still haven't received any communications, please contact Softball Australia through the Contact Us form and select "World Cup Ticketing". 

Will all tickets be available in the Member Pre-Sale? 
Softball Australia members will receive access to a dedicated pre-sale allocation before tickets are released to the general public. Availability may vary across sessions and ticket categories throughout the on-sale period. 

What type of tickets are there? 
Tickets are available as day passes, providing access to four games a day on Days 1 – 5 and two games on Day 6, with select morning and afternoon passes available. Fans can also purchase a tournament pass to secure access to every game across the entire tournament period.

Eligible members receive a 10% discount on day passes and session passes. Discount does not apply to tournament passes or hospitality packages. 

Can I purchase tickets for friends and family using my member access? 
Yes. Eligible members can purchase tickets during the Member Pre-Sale using their access code, subject to any ticket purchase limits.  

How many tickets can I purchase? 
Ticket purchase limits may apply to some sessions. Any limits will be displayed at the time of purchase. 

Are accessible seating options available? 
Yes. Accessible seating, companion card and mobility access ticket options will be available through Ticketek. Details on accessible seating locations and booking requirements will be available on the ticketing website when tickets go on sale.

Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to review this information before purchasing. 

What accessibility services will be available at the venue? 
The WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027 is committed to providing an inclusive event experience. Accessibility information, including venue access, parking, drop-off points and accessible amenities, will be published closer to the event. 

My access code isn't working. What should I do? 
Please submit an enquiry via the Softball Australia Contact Us form and select "World Cup Ticketing" or contact Ticketek support as soon as possible. 

When is the draw released? How do I know who is playing? 
The competition schedule is expected to be confirmed by the WBSC in late 2026. Ticket purchasers will be updated once the draw is released. Every team will play one on Days 1 – 5, with the bronze medal and World Championship game on Day 6. A day pass will guarantee access to watch your favourite teams. 

Why are tickets on sale before the draw has been released? 
We know softball fans are eager to secure their seats and be part of the WBSC Women's Softball World Cup Finals 2027, so tickets have been made available before the official draw is released.

Similar to major events such as the Australian Open, the ticketing program has been designed to provide flexibility, allowing fans to secure their preferred sessions and plan ahead before match schedules are confirmed. The official draw will be released closer to the event. 

If I miss the Member Pre-Sale, can I still buy tickets? 
Yes. General Public On-Sale will open on Thursday 8 October 2026 at 1pm AEST. 

Do I need a Ticketek account? 
A Ticketek accountwill be required to complete your purchase. We recommend creating or updating your account before the Member Pre-Sale opens. 

I'm an Aussie Spirit or Aussie Steelers Alumni. How do I access tickets? 
Individual tickets for Aussie Spirit and Aussie Steelers representatives will be available during the General Public On-Sale period (one complimentary ticket per representative). Softball Australia will communicate directly with eligible alumni regarding ticket access arrangements.
