Women’s Pathway Program Staff Appointments Confirmed
Following the recent announcement of Head Coaches for the Women’s Pathway Program, Softball Australia is pleased to confirm the full coaching and support staff for the U14, U16, U18 and Futures Women’s Programs. These teams bring together an outstanding group of coaches, specialists, and team staff who will play a crucial role in developing Australia’s emerging talent.
U14 Women’s Program
- Head Coach: Leigh Martyn

Men’s Pathway Program Staff Appointments Update
The update for the Men’s Pathway Program remains unchanged from the previous announcement. Following a decision on the Steelers Head Coach role, the remaining Men’s Pathway appointments will be finalised and announced to ensure full program alignment.
Softball Australia will continue to keep our community updated as we share the journey of our pathway athletes and officials, along with further insights into their development and progression throughout the program.
