Four Head Coaches Confirmed for Men's Pathway Program

Softball Australia is excited to announce the appointment of Head Coaches for the Men’s Pathway program, a key part of supporting our national talent pathway. These coaches will play a vital role in guiding emerging talent and shaping the future of men’s softball in Australia.

Men’s Pathway Head Coach Appointments:
  • U14 Boys – Jayke Reynolds (QLD)
  • U16 Boys – Lee Williams (NSW)
  • U18 Men – Steven Macknak (WA)
  • U23 Men – Scott Sunley (QLD) until April 2026 – EOI process to follow

These appointments reflect a strong commitment to building a high-performance environment across all levels of the game.

Men’s Pathway Program Staff Appointments Update

Softball Australia has appointed Head Coaches across the Men’s Pathway Program, with the process now moving into the next phase. The newly appointed coaches will begin working through the selection of their officials and support staff to ensure strong alignment and continuity across the entire men’s program.
