NSW put up 11 runs in the first two innings, starting their campaign with a strong win. Maddi Durnell and Tanika Terkildsen contributed 2RBI each, while leadoff hitter Maya Gillies hit a double and drew three walks with an RBI in her five plate appearances. Charlize Applitt (4IP, 2ER 9K) and Markayla Butler (2IP, 2ER, 1K) were the NSW pitchers.

Victoria came back from a 7-4 deficit, holding a 10-7 lead at the top of the seventh. The Navy Blues held the fast-finishing West Australians to grab their second win of the day.

Eleven runs to NSW in the first and an extra five in the second set the scene for the three-run game. Lead-off hitter Carter Shears hit two doubles, a triple and drew a walk for 3RBI.

A five-run fifth inning broke the game open for WA and Noah Forrest hit a home run, a double, and drew a walk to start the week.

Victoria kicked off their campaign with thirteen runs scored in the first two innings. Markus Ainslie scored four RBI (two ground-rule doubles and home run) and Hunter Richardson had three RBI in the big four-inning win.

Victoria pulled ahead with a five-run fourth-inning after WA plated two, but the West Australians weren't done, scoring five more for a brilliant win. Noah Stevens-Togo (VIC) hit a home run and Tyson Buswell (WA) put up a triple and a single for his 2RBI.
