Softball Australia has partnered with CMSport to deliver an interactive 90 minute online Winning Culture workshop.

CMSport is a Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY) initiative and is a leading service provider with over 30 years of experience in diversity and inclusion assessment and training, coaching and mentoring, and consulting support in the Australian sports sector.

The aim of this partnership is to provide support to the Softball community to deliver improved entry level and social programs in regions that have a high level of cultural diversity or disadvantage.
