Softball is a sport with many diverse and unique roles, which are critical in the functioning of the sport. To develop better coaches and officials we need great Presenters/Facilitators and Assessors to educate them.
Highly skilled Presenters and Assessors can deliver programs and actions plans extremely well, being both efficient and effective in their delivery.
Confident Presenters develop presentations with ease and result in audience empowerment, clear messaging and reduced miscommunication.
Building confidence in presenting is important and helps individuals in a wide range of aspects of their life, promoting success in public speaking, professionalism, leadership abilities and many more.
Confident and competent assessors not only can make great decisions and easily identify mistakes but can actively promote change and assist in development.
Within sporting environments, this becomes critical and can make or break the success of a player, team, club or the sport as a whole.

Softball Australia has created an all-inclusive Presenter and Assessor course to help in the upskilling of individuals and people within the softball community.
Softball Australia has designed this course intending to equip presenters and facilitators with the skills to deliver quality and effective coaching and officiating programs.
Presenters and Assessors require varied and specialised skills to adequately fulfill their roles, this course is designed to assist in developing skills, knowledge and understanding around these roles.
The course has been designed to be completed remotely in your own time, so there is no need to attend a class or be in a classroom.
