Upcoming revolutioniseSPORT FAQ and Training Sessions

Published Mon 21 Jun 2021

Softball Australia is conducting beginner training sessions for any Club or Association looking to set up their new revolutioniseSPORT portal and website in preparation for taking online registrations this coming summer season.

The three confirmed sessions will provide further training opportunities for Club or Association administrators being introduced to the system for the first time.

The sessions will provide live access to an instructor that can help get your portal and website set up in preparation for registrations on the new system.

As an administrator at a Club or Association, please remember to complete the survey here which will help us measure what type of training is required in the future.

Administrators, please complete the survey by clicking here.

Join us in the online Microsoft Teams sessions (listed below) and have your questions answered on the spot. You will have the chance to work through setting up your member classes live on the call and troubleshoot any issues.

Attendance in this session will ensure you know what steps you need to take in order to set up your website ready for online registrations.

If you are an administrator at an Association, make sure you attend these sessions.

Is your revolutioniseSPORT portal and website activated?

If you do not yet have an active revolutioniseSPORT portal and website, please contact your state administrator to start the process. Contact emails for each state are listed below.

If you have submitted your organisation’s information so your portal and website can be set up, you will receive an automated email with your username and a link to set your password if you are the nominated administrator.

Please remember your login information contained in the email.

Setting your password:

When you create a password, you will be prompted to log into your account for the first time. We strongly recommend bookmarking this login page, so you can easily find it in future.

Once you have created your password, you will be able to log into your website with those details and start configuring your account.

To assist with this, we’ve provided some pre-recorded training material that will guide you through the initial set up of your portals. These webinars (and a brief description of what they include) are linked below:

Training Materials:

  1. revSPORT Platform Demonstration – a pre-recorded version of what was presented during the ‘Intro to revolutioniseSPORT’ sessions.
  2. revSPORT Getting Started webinar – a guide addressing the aspects of your account that need setting up early, ultimately enabling member registrations. This will cover some of the content from the sessions but in more detail and in a more practical demonstration.
  3. revSPORT Quick Start Guide – is a written guide containing the initial steps you should follow to get your account up and running.

Softball Australia has now released a new website with a dedicated section for Club administrators who will be dealing with the transition to revolutioniseSPORT.

Check out the new website by clicking here.

Check out the revolutioniseSPORT Club resources page by clicking here.

Remember, there is an abundance of resources available in the Help section of your revolutioniseSPORT accounts that will provide considerable assistance upon you being given access.

If the FAQ articles and help videos don’t resolve your queries, revolutioniseSPORT’s support team are just a couple of clicks away and you can get in touch with them by going to Help > ask for help within your account.

We do ask that you contact revolutioniseSPORT via the ticketing system as opposed to email, as response time for emails is generally slower and tickets are linked to your account.

This means they can be more easily accessed in the future and provide a full audit trail of communications between yourself and revolutioniseSPORT.
