Japanese Open Women’s Team confirmed to tour Australia

Softball Australia can confirm that the Japanese Softball Association will be sending the National Open Women’s team to Australia in March 2012. The Japanese Open Women’s National Softball Team will compete against the Australian Open Women’s Team at Hawker, ACT from the 19-24 March 2012.
The event will consist of a 7 game series over the 5 days as part of both teams’ preparation for the ISF XIII World Championships in Yukon, Canada from the 13-22 July 2012.
Japan and Australia will be accommodated at the Australian Institute of Sport, with Japan anticipating a training camp 3 days prior to the start of competition.
