Level 4 Softball Battery Coaching Accreditation – Training to win
Duration: 16 hours – two-day workshop at a national or international

Training to Win – Battery Coach provides coaches with the knowledge and skills to manage state teams battery programs and to help state level players develop more advanced pitching and catching skills. Focus is on optimising all aspects of preparation (physical, mental, technical, tactical, nutrition and recovery) through individualised programs maximising performance, peaking for national competition, and managing people and resources.
To be eligible to complete the Level 4 battery coach accreditation, participants must complete three modules of the Australian Sports Commission intermediate coaching general principles (see below).
