The Softball Australia Hall of Fame was established in 1985 when Softball Australia was known as the Australian Softball Federation. The Hall of Fame recognises Australian players and non-players who have made an outstanding contribution to the sport of Softball at the international level.

 

To be eligible for nomination, a player must have:

• Retired from open international competition for 4 years
• Competed in open international competition for at least 6 years, including two ISF Open World Championships.

 

To be eligible for nomination, an umpire, coach, team administrator or statistician must have:

• Retired from open international representation for 4 years
• Participated in open international competition for at least 5 years, including one ISF Open World Championship.
