2018 Australian Men’s Squad

Softball Australia is pleased to announce the 2018 Australian Men’s Squad.

At this stage, there are no official programs for the Aussie Steelers (Australian Men’s Team) in the 2018 calendar year, however a training program will be developed for the selected players.

As in previous years, many of the squad members and other Australian men’s softballers will travel overseas later this year, to play in the North American summer season, with various local teams.

The Aussie Steelers will look to ramp up their program next year, in preparation for the 2019 WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship, to be held in Prague and Havlíčkův Brod, from 13-23 June.

The team will be looking to go one better on their performance at the 2017 WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship, where they finished with a silver medal in Whitehorse, Canada.
